The THCEAC meets every second Friday of the month at Town Hall, 254 Main Street, Highland Falls at 6:00 pm.

In case you were wondering what we have been doing these last few months, this is the official list of our accomplishments per the NYS Clean Energy Communities program.  This work has netted the Town of Highlands over $65,000 in grants to be used for upgrading municipal facilities. Greenhouse Gas Emissions Data View


The Town of Highlands inventoried the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions from Town operations and facilities for the years 2019 and 2020. The largest contributor to electricity usage is from street lights, and the largest contributor to diesel usage is from sanitation.
